Booking our services begins with an inquiry through our website or email. From there, we’ll share our availability, walk you through your options, and send a detailed proposal tailored to your wedding vision.
Once you’re ready to move forward, a signed agreement and non-refundable retainer are required to reserve your date. All service details, terms, and deliverables will be clearly outlined in your client contract and shared through our secure client portal.
3. Usage of Content
All content featured on this site—including images, videos, and written material—is the property of OKOTA, LLC. Please do not download, copy, or use any of our work without written permission. We pour our hearts into every detail, and we kindly ask that you respect the artistry behind it.
4. Client Contracts
Detailed terms and conditions related to bookings, payments, timelines, cancellations, and creative rights are outlined in the official OKOTA client agreement. This agreement is distributed upon request during the inquiry process and will be available in your client portal once you move forward with us.
