Digital Content Creator position
OKOTA is a wedding design company specializing is all the aesthetic aspects of a wedding day. This includes photography, floral design, dessert bar design, invitation design, Go Pro videography, and day of coordination.
About The Role
OKOTA, LLC is looking to hire a by-contract employee to assist with digital content and advertisements across social media, OKOTA’s website, blog, and email marketing… This is approximately a 5-15 hour per week commitment at OKOTA’s Covington, KY studio. Exact days and hours negotiable. Ideal start month of February 2019.
Create and manage social media posts and advertisements across Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest
Create and manage minor changes to the Squarespace okotaweddings.com website
Create and manage Blog posts via Squarespace
Create and manage Email Marketing via Squarespace
Continually engage with OKOTA’s social media platforms
Maintain an understanding of current wedding trends and an a excellent understanding of the wedding design business
Knowledge of social media platforms processes including scheduling, advertising, and analytics
Understanding of social media and website analytics to implement affective digital advertising strategies
The ability to think outside the box, problem solve, and brainstorm conceptual ideas
Ability to learn and adapt quickly
Ability to meet deadlines and stay on task
Understanding of digital design basics
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Lightroom is a major plus.
Flexibility with work schedule is a plus
This is a paid position. Compensation details are negotiable and will be based upon experience.
